Your customers can be proud that the wood pallets they use are recycled at a much higher rate than any other alternative packaging material, with our industry moving even closer to zero waste. The media release reached an audience over 81 million with 238 media pick-ups including Forbes, Packaging Revolution, Supply Chain Quarterly, DC Velocity, Environmental Leader, and similar. The wood packaging industry is also integral to the American economy. The Economic Impact Study (EIS), commissioned by NWPCA, and conducted by the National Association of Manufacturers (NAM) Center for Manufacturing Research and Inforum, is another success story. This $31 billion industry drives the U.S. economy with 173,000 jobs. Now policymakers and members have validated research to make informed decisions.
