COVID-19 has deeply
impacted our lives in a vast
number of ways, not the least
of which is our ability to travel
and connect in person. There is
a lot of value being on-site and in-
person to get a feel for the operation of
those who partner with us. This has caused our team
to think outside the box and develop creative ways
that we can still connect effectively while continuing
to offer the same level of training and support that
our customers have come to expect from us over the
past 15 years.
Increased demand for warehousing and
e-commerce has been a trend on the rise for some
time. The pandemic has moved that timeline forward
faster than anyone expected, and as we know, pallets
move the world. Add that all up, and this trend can't
help but positively impact the wooden pallet and
container industry.
With the reduction in travel and the increase in
remote work environments, we have been focusing
on ways to refine how we communicate digitally
between team members and departments. This
has been a focus over the last several years, but this
situation has forced us to ramp up our timeline.
These transitions have given us the ability to help
our partners and clients transition quickly, to
navigate and successfully scale their operations,
and put in place solutions that prepare them for
any future disruptions.
