However, I believe there are some core goals that are effective in any year. Flexibility. Practicality. Safety. If 2020 has taught us anything, it is that we need to be flexible – both in business and in our daily life. Being able to identify obstacles and pivoting around them had become almost a daily occurrence. Being proactive, instead of reactive has definitely helped, but our crisis communication plans did not typically include global pandemics! It has become clear that focusing on long-lasting safe solutions will better support customer expectations into 2021 and beyond. Gary Sharon, Vice President Litco International Litco's five-year plan, for the period of 2021 through 2025, will include capital expenditures for the expansion of our new Engineered Extruded Wood™ block product offerings. The first extruder started to produce blocks in our Dover, OH plant during this past year. Depending on the pallet makers' willingness to convert from solid wood to our extruded wood blocks, we have the infrastructure to install additional extruders in the Ohio plant. The plan also includes the option of producing blocks in our Sardis, MS plant by 2023. Our primary target market is the manufacturers and users of solid wood pallets in North America. The extrusion process will also allow us to entertain other products conducive to our wood fiber-based expertise.
