Our primary goal in 2021 is to leverage the lessons learned and experience gained through the trials of this past year so that we can use that returning labor against new growth opportunities and sustain the efficiency gains. As business picks up, we have moved from a balanced workforce to one where we constantly search to add talent to our team. I can see 2021 as a year of team development. I used the term "automation" and that automation will most likely be a combination of robotic and mechanical automation. If you are a CEO or in any type of management capacity within your organization, you understand the difficulty in finding employees, especially in our industry.
