Once a company has found an effective way to attract new employees the focus will be on the final step, which is retaining the employees. What is the most exciting part of working in the pallet industry that keeps you connected to your career path within it? I enjoy opportunities to network with other professionals within the pallet industry. Some of the most rewarding parts of my job recently have been creating partnerships with other pallet manufacturers, searching for new lumber suppliers, and participating in our industry committees.
