One only has to look at the success of Tom Brady to see how that works," says Bernstein. "Wherever he goes, he has a dynasty mentality. Consistency. Mentality, do it over and over again. She coached leaders; in fact 74 of her players have become coaches. "There are some companies that will only hire Division 1 athletes," he says. "You can teach people how to do the work, but you cannot teach someone how to be incredibility disciplined. Hire people for those qualities important to your success and company culture, teach everything else."
