Women in Industry Breakfast e Women in Industry breakfast program hosted speaker Shameka Lewis, MS, GSP, Kellogg Company. She spoke to the group on "knowing your worth and adding tax" in the workplace. She encouraged the women to believe in themselves and embrace their non-traditional roles in the industry. "Hold your ground and know your value," she said. " e opportunities for women are opening within manufacturing and those traditionally held by men.
