When leftover wood that we cannot use is identified in any of our products, it is transformed into unique and functional pieces of rustic furniture that we donate to charities or sell at cost to our collaborators. is production process employs our collaborators who, due to their physical condition and/or advanced age, cannot continue in the intense work found in the repair and production lines, and guarantees them a safe income and employment until they reach retirement age. On the energy side, we have also installed solar panels on the roof of our new pallet manufacturing facility in Queretaro, guaranteeing that at least 75% of the energy we need to operate comes from truly sustainable sources. For us, a combination of customer demand and self-awareness has driven the path to sustainability. While our major customers now demand certifiable sustainability standards, our conscience requires us to act beyond those standards and set an example for our workers, friends, and industry colleagues.
