This patented, high-speed, transverse system accurately
scans, optimizes, and sorts rough or recycled pallet
stock based on value or production priority. Presorting
and optimizing the sawing of pallet parts can reduce
processing cost and produce higher grade pallet parts.
The system accurately measures pallet boards, and 2-
way and 4-way pallet stringers in real-time using just
one overhead scan sensor and one server computer. The
overhead arch installation offers a small footprint that
easily fits into existing lines.
Adding artificial intelligence capability enables the
system to identify defects on the board surface which is
important to manufacture quality and durable pallets.
