Leadership Engages Brazil's Forestry And Pallet

WPCA traveled to Brazil in September to participate in the
ABIMCI (Brazilian Association for Mechanically Processed
Timber) conference. e week began with an impactful presentation
by President & CEO Brent McClendon. Brent's presentation, titled
"Building Together: Pallets, Partnerships, and Unlocking the Potential
for USA/Brazil Trade," reached over 700 attendees. Brent—and Hilary
Carr, NWPCA's Sr. Director for Mexico and LATAM—also joined
the ABIMCI Board for lunch to discuss the future of the industry.

during the forest and sawmill tours, and to Jose Carlos Haas Junior for
his leadership in strengthening ties with ABIMCI's Pallet Committee.
