Pallet C e nt ral • Janu a r y -Fe b r u a r y 2 0 25 15 Senators and multiple Republican Chairs of critical committees, demonstrate how important the PalletPAC has become in allowing us to build relationships and support those who support us. To those who attended, thank you for your time and dedication to advocating for our federal priorities. We hope you' ll join us again in 2025 to make it an even more significant event. Fly-ins play an integral role in federal advocacy efforts, providing Members of Congress and their staff with opportunities to hear about the industry directly from folks on the ground—their constituents. ey also help lay the groundwork for building and improving our DC team's staff-level relationships. ey can spur Member or staff-level site visits, leading to more valuable Member-level face time. In that vein, we were proud to welcome two Members of Congress this year to tour facilities, giving them firsthand industry perspectives. In February, Rep. At the start of this year, the association was an early endorser of the bipartisan tax framework, which included pro- growth and pro-business priorities. e team was also active with the Small Business Legislative Council in support of this framework and started conversations about the 2025 tax package that Republicans are working on. We engaged with key offices, including that of House Speaker Mike Johnson, and will continue to engage heavily in 2025. In the spring, the association publicly applauded the House Agriculture Committee for its draft Farm Bill text, which—as the result of consistent and meaningful discussions at the staff and Member levels—incorporated our priorities, such as strengthening the US
