NailScrews.com The Pallet Foundation is a 501(c)(3) nonprof it organization dedicated to advancing the wood packaging industr y through research, education, and the environment. It funds initiatives that drive sustainabilit y, safet y, and innovation in pallet design and manufacturing. Key projects include research and development for the Pallet Design System™ (PDS), Nature's Packaging® environmental messaging, environmental product declarations, landf ill avoidance studies, and more. In close collaboration with the National Wooden Pallet & Container Association (N W PCA), the Foundation works to strengthen industr y standards and safet y practices. Its funding comes primarily from industr y donations, including proceeds from the annual industr y auction, golf tournaments, fun runs, and grants secured throughout the year.
