resilience. Even in the face of inflation,
tariffs, labor challenges, and customer
pushback, wood packaging manufacturers
are not standing still. ey are investing,
adapting, and finding ways to deliver value
without sacrificing long-term viability.
Many are focusing on strengthening
relationships, diversifying offerings, and
communicating more transparently with
customers. Others are preparing for market
shifts by leaning out operations, embracing
technology, and managing costs with discipline.
Heather Ross of Atlas Pallet Corp. summed
up her company's mindset this way: "Preserve
cash, gain operational efficiencies, and
pick up new accounts where we can. at's
our focus for the next two quarters."
Above all, members are watching the
markets carefully. While optimism may
be tempered, it is not extinguished.
As one member put it: "We've weathered
worse. And we're not going anywhere."
