.S. Representative Hillary
Scholten (MI-03) is no
stranger to the hardworking
people and industries of
West Michigan, and her
continued support for the
wood packaging sector demonstrates just
how deeply she values the innovation
and economic strength it brings to her
district and the nation. A champion of the
industry, Scholten visited Kamps Pallets,
a major employer in her district and a
national leader in pallet recycling and
sustainable wood packaging solutions.
Her tour at Kamps marks yet another
milestone in a strong and growing
relationship between Rep. Scholten
and the National Wooden Pallet &
Container Association (NWPCA).
Scholten has attended two NWPCA
Congressional Fly-In receptions since
taking office, meeting with business
leaders and learning firsthand about
the critical role wood packaging plays
in supply chains, sustainability, and
manufacturing. Her engagement is a
testament to the value she places on
listening to industry voices and advocating
for practical solutions in Washington.
