LATAM Chapter Steps Onto Bigger Stages
T
he Mexico and LATAM Chapter of Woodpack
Global has been advancing the region's wood
packaging industry on multiple fronts.
On April 21, the Chapter's delegation joined the
LATAM Fly-In on Capitol Hill and met with
members of Congress to champion the pallet sector's role in
cross-border trade and the economic impact of USMCA across
North America.
at same Tuesday, the Chapter Board and Woodpack Global
CEO Brent McClendon met with Mexico's Ambassador to
the United States Esteban Moctezuma Barragán to discuss
regulatory frameworks enabling frictionless USMCA trade and
wood packaging's essential role in the bilateral supply chain.
We would like to extend our deepest gratitude to our sponsors,
whose support made this Washington Fly-In and advocacy
efforts possible: Arauco | Brasimex | Freedom Sourcing |
LOSIFRA | Natural Trade.
