Overview Features Ambi-Trim If you're looking for an accurate high production Multi-Trim saw, the Baker Ambi-Trim is your solution. The Baker can be configured with 2 heads up to 8 heads for single pass cutting. With maximum optional material lengths available up to 20', adjustable saw heads, & saw sizes of 18" or 24" we can set up a machine to match almost any need. The saw has variable speed feed with a built-in 24" wide waste conveyor and 12" material discharge conveyor. These conveyors can be built to discharge left or right to match your requirements. The material discharge conveyor can also be set up to discharge both left and right with a flip of a switch allowing you feed a different line depending on material needs. A custom fence can be added the outfeed conveyor to keep 2" x 4" & 2"x 6" material on edge to feed directly to a highspeed splitter. Different options for reducing labor with increased automation are available including infeeds, outfeeds, even ending rolls, board stackers, and setworks. Baker can build you a single machine or help you set up a complete line to feed, cut, split, notch, & stack to get maximum production with minimum labor. • Two up to 8 saw heads. • Heavy duty steel construction. • 18'' or 24'' diameter, 60 to 80 tooth circle saw blades. • Each saw is powered by either a 7.5hp or 10 hp electric motor. • #60 chain conveyors dogs draw material evenly into saw to be cut. • Material size can be 3 1/2'' up to 6 1/4'' in thickness, as short as 24'' long, and up yo 12'' wide. • Maximum material length is determined at the time of order.
