5.0 Training
This Fire Prevention Plan is reviewed with each employee (full-time, part-time and temporary)
upon initial assignment and annually thereafter.
This review includes, at a minimum, the topics listed below:
The nature and classes of fire
Responsibilities for fire prevention as outlined in this plan
Potential fire hazards (materials, processes) to which the employee may be exposed
Proper methods for controlling fire hazards
Location, care and proper use of portable fire extinguishers
Training of all employees in Fire Prevention Plan occurs during the following times:
When the program is first developed
When the program is modified
When employee responsibilities change
On the specifics for each jobsite
All training is documented in accordance with "Company Name" 's Injury and Illness
Prevention Program.
