an ex-child. My son tells me things
that other people do not tell me. Our
relationship has grown stronger as his
experience with the mills, coworkers and
customers is now an asset for SPEC.
Discussion and compromises must
be at the center of all problems or
opportunities. Having other younger
employees involved in important
decisions, and even being part of the
ownership, challenges us almost every
day. We have a lot to learn from the
new generation and it can only happen
if we let them express themselves and
play an important role in our company.
It is a privilege to have a bridge
between two generation rather
than a gap.
