NWPCA's Hill Day
Highlights
A crucial element of our advocacy
team's toolbox is the annual fly-
in, which allows lawmakers on
Capitol Hill to hear on-the-ground
perspectives directly from business
leaders. Last year's June fly-in was
attended by over 30 NWPCA
members who advocated for our
interests and helped shape the
policy environment in Washington.
By targeting offices with the most
influence on the issues NWPCA
members care most about—
ranging from Farm Bill and Ag
issues to small business, tax, and
workforce development issues—we
told a compelling story in every
meeting and elevated the profile
of the association and industry.
And, of course, our fly-in
programming was enhanced
by the PalletPAC, NWPCA's
bipartisan political action
