Defining The Difference: Member Mingles vs. Councils And Committees Member Mingles are casual, informal gatherings designed for like-minded professionals to connect, share experiences, and build relationships within a specific demographic or area of interest. ese events offer a relaxed environment to network, exchange ideas, and foster camaraderie without a structured agenda. ese mingles take place during the NWPCA ALC. In contrast, Councils and Committees are formal groups with organized structures and specific goals. ey meet regularly throughout the year to address industry challenges, advance initiatives, and work on actionable agenda items. Councils and committees focus more on strategic collaboration. Member Mingles Women In The Pallet Industry Dedicated to empowering and supporting women in the pallet industry or executive coaching, this mingle-council provides opportunities for women to network, find mentors, and tap into professional growth resources. Typically, the Women in the Pallet Industry have met annually at ALC since its inception in 2018. Just last year, the Women in the Pallet Industry hosted a breakfast program at ALC. Leslie Sanchez, a Latina media entrepreneur, author, and political analyst for CBS News, empowered our women leaders with her insights and experiences. is year's breakfast is still in the planning stages, but there is no doubt that it will be filled with inspiration and collaboration.
