A.2.2 Explanatory Material for Site Plan Lot lines. Lot lines shall be clearly identifiable and accurately placed on the site plans. Utilities. Electrical, HVAC, and plumbing utilities shall be marked on the site plans. Identify locations of any utility closets, incoming domestic water supply pipes, incoming electrical power lines, HVAC equipment, and all utility risers. Locations of hazardous material storage areas. Hazardous material shall be stored in accordance with NFPA 1 or the IFC, as applicable. Locations of hazardous material storage shall be clearly marked and areas shall be outlined on the site plans. The location of the hazardous material inventory and safety data sheets, along with the classification of hazardous materials should also be shown. Locations of pallet storage.
